I'm Dr. Gabriella Safdieh, a board-certified integrative and functional medicine physician trained at Penn Medicine, NYU, and the Hospital for Special Surgery. After years inside conventional medicine, I kept seeing a gap between patients who were told they were "fine" and patients who actually felt that way, so I built Nabella Health to close it. My approach combines the diagnostic precision of traditional medicine with the personalization of integrative care, getting to the root cause of what's holding your health back. I see patients in-person on the Upper East Side and via telemedicine across New York, New Jersey, California, Florida, and Virginia.

From young children to adults, I treat people of all ages with a vast array of health goals. I discovered I could offer my patients so much more with a focus on whole-body, integrative medicine through nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and advanced diagnostic testing to pinpoint the root cause of their health concerns.
